List of Duties, but not limited to:
Prior Public Works estimating experience.
Attend bid meetings and site walks.
Read Requests for Proposals, Specifications and Mechanical Drawings.
Contact and solicit subcontractors to obtain competitive bids.
Verified material costs with multiple vendors to obtain competitive material quotes.
Prepare HVAC and Mechanical Piping take-offs using Trimble Autobid Estimating software.
Meet with Project Manager, Superintendent and Foreman to transfer project information.
Strong organizational and planning skills
Knowledgeable with Microsoft (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook)
