OVERVIEW The Estimator reports to the Chief Estimator.  The individual is responsible for analyzing project documents before it starts, accurately estimate costs related to labor, materials, equipment and Subcontractors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: To provide a detailed quantity labor and material take off of all systems To review and assess the estimating documents to ensure a successful and complete low bid To identify and report on risk and opportunity/scope To obtain suitable number of competitive quotations and compare on a like for like basis To work collaboratively as a key member of the estimating team Attend Pre-Bi
