Responsibilities:
Project Engineer (PE) provides the knowledge, skills and experience required to assist the Construction Department. The PE’s are responsible for the production and gathering of project related information and then track the information, file and distribute this information to all related parties. This position will keep all construction information up?to?date, consistent, and organized in an orderly fashion for all others in the project team. Moreover, the PE’s are the forward face of Sheldon Mechanical and are responsible for establishing a professional work environment that includes fostering a positive atmosphere, promoting proactive and effective communication, facilitating solutions and minimizing conflicts. The candidate will work to achieve their respective objectives and will report directly to the Project Managers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast-pace environment.
- Must have document control experience.
- Superior communication and organization development skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross?functional teams.
- Experience with the following software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Document Control Programs
- Scheduling Programs (Microsoft Project preferred)
- Document Control Experience
