Full Charge Bookkeeper
Responsible for recording, overseeing and managing company’s financial accounts and records through the full cycle of accounting activities including preparing in-house financial statements. This includes documenting transaction details, and fact checking financial data. Oversee bookkeeping assistant’s work.

• Create and analyze reports
• Prepare documents for audits and tax accountant
• Financial Reports and Statements
• General Ledger Adjustments as directed
• Banking Duties and Cash Flow oversite
• Handle Cash, checks and credit cards
Requirements:
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and related accounting principals
• Proven bookkeeping experience
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to oversee and manage people
• Discerning, think through the process and the item being processed
• Detailed and discrete
• Organized
• Complete work in a timely fashion
• Keep company financial information and management direction confidential and protect company documents
• Able to multi-task and be flexible
• Good communicator
• Bookkeeping or accounting training
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Three years bookkeeping experience
Bonus
• Experience with construction bookkeeping helpful
• Experience with Sage 300 Construction software would be excellent
• Crystal Reports experience would be a plus
