Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
Represent the company in the office and field by effective:
Project controls tracking
Quality control and assurance
Scheduling, budgeting and planning
Safety policy enforcement
Meeting contractual requirements
Learn, implement and assist in continual modification of company policy in regards to project management
Prepare internal and external reports to reflect daily, weekly and monthly job status and productivity.
Develop working relationships with clients for opportunities for negotiated work
Assist estimating in developing proposal and budgets, and create proposals with estimating’s assistance
Learn HVAC, systems take-off with the current estimating software.
Ability to delegate
Ability to plan ahead to prevent problems, resolve emerging ones and mitigate risks
Ability to multi-task and handle the many different challenges of managing multiple projects
Ability to timely respond to corporate requests of determined KPI’s
Communication skills (Both technical and non-technical)
